Utrecht Science Park Zeist
Utrecht Science Park Zeist has been the second formal satellite location of the Utrecht Science Park since May 2024. The former TNO location with labs and offices on Utrechtseweg in Zeist has been used to further strengthen the Utrecht Science Park ecosystem.
Zeist has traditionally been home to many research and health-related companies and institutions. The arrival of the science park will add a new chapter to that history.
The site already has labs and office space and will be renovated and redeveloped in phases over the next few years. Utrecht Science Park Zeist is suitable for Research & Devolopment companies in the life sciences and health sector.
Several innovative companies are already renting spaces at Utrecht Science Park Zeist, including Genmab, Ginkgo Bioworks, TNO, ICAT, Scinus Cell Expansion Netherlands, Demcon and Holland Innovative.
