At the Utrecht Science Park, people work together every day on groundbreaking science and research in the fields of health, life sciences and sustainability. Sport & exercise plays an important role in this. With this running symposium, we want to inspire and inform the participants of the Utrecht marathon from the perspective of science and theory and provide very practical tips to improve their running performance. Erik Hulzebos will give a presentation on improving your breathing and Eline Peterse will tell more about optimal preparation, sleep and recovery afterwards.

Utrecht Marathon

The Utrecht marathon is 19 May with traditionally the start and finish at the Utrecht Science Park. It is not just another sporting event. The beautiful route from the science park makes a nice connection with the city and region. The event encourages a healthy lifestyle and there is a suitable distance for everyone.
