What is Utrecht Science Park? And what does it mean to you?
For me, Utrecht Science Park is a unique place where you can see so many different things. Students, companies and organisations together form a special and inspiring place, especially in terms of cooperation, development and growth.
What is Utrecht Science Park’s impact on society? And what role do you play in this?
Companies, organisations and institutes at Utrecht Science Park play a major role in the fields of science, sustainability, innovation and healthcare. This helps to create a better society.
As the owner of a food truck at Utrecht Science Park, I, too, want to make a positive contribution to society. That’s why Falafel & Halloumi feels it’s important to benefit the environment through corporate social responsibility and by providing tasty and original food with an emphasis on healthy meals. Falafel & Halloumi also sets great store by art and sociability. You can also see this reflected in the design of the food truck.

What is your personal dream within your role? What do you want to achieve in the next 5-10 years?
In addition to the food truck, I’d like to open a restaurant, also at Utrecht Science Park. I think it’s great to see how students and staff enjoy our products after a long lecture or hours of hard work.
