At the Utrecht Science Park, the Plus Ultra Utrecht will be completed with 23,000 m2 for offices and laboratories. It is scheduled for completion in spring 2025.

Opportunities are also being explored at other locations in the nearby region and initiatives are already underway to create new lab spaces, including within existing buildings.

Stadstuin Daltonlaan

Just next to the Utrecht Science Park is ‘De Stadstuin’ at Daltonlaan 200, where office spaces and meeting rooms are available. The office spaces are available for startups, growing and mature companies. More information (in Dutch).

Technology transfer

Utrecht Holdings is the joint Knowledge Transfer Office (KTO) of Utrecht University and University Medical Centre Utrecht. Utrecht Holdings helps academics translate knowledge into economic enterprise.
