The Utrecht Science Park, and the satellite locations in Bilthoven and Zeist, offer various opportunities for organisations and institutions to locate. In Bilthoven, work is in progress to realise the new building ‘Impetus’ with around 16,000 m2 for life sciences production or R&D companies. Meanwhile, the second satellite location has opened since June 2024; Utrecht Science Park Zeist. This will be home to start-ups as well as growing and mature companies.

In addition, Utrecht University and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht organise dedicated ‘lifelong learning’ training courses for those who have already graduated.

Utrecht Science Park has a varied range of catering establishments and shops, including restaurants, food courts, food trucks, coffee corners, a supermarket, a bicycle repair ship and a hair dresser.
