Wellbeing Week(s) Utrecht University

The Wellbeing Week(s) offers an extensive programme designed especially for you, crafted to be as diverse and inclusive as possible. The goal is to address various dimensions of wellbeing, encompassing mental, physical, spiritual and social wellbeing, as well as financial, environmental, occupational, and intellectual wellbeing.

Theme

Since the November edition of 2023, the UU Wellbeing Week(s) have used a new theme per edition. For November 2024 edition of the UU Wellbeing Week(s), the theme is: "UU Belong"

Human beings are inherently social creatures, and feeling a sense of belonging to a community, group, or social circle is essential to all aspects of wellbeing. When we feel connected to others, we often experience greater confidence, security, and happiness. This sense of belonging can help us cope with stress and setbacks, knowing we are not alone.

This is also crucial for you as an individual. When you feel comfortable in your own body and mind, you experience a deeper sense of inner peace and stability. This feeling of being "at home" within yourself means you accept yourself, both physically and mentally, and are aware of your own needs, boundaries, and emotions.

During the Wellbeing Week(s), everyone is welcome. Discover a new hobby, develop new skills, and meet new people. Registration for the Wellbeing Week(s) is open.
