HU Wellbeing Day
Some see student life as one of the best times of their lives, but for many, this period is far from carefree. Deadlines, high expectations and a busy social life – it can all be pretty overwhelming. During the HU Wellbeing Day “How do I survive my student life?” you will gain knowledge on how to manage the challenges of student life, allowing you to experience this period with more balance and confidence.
The programme
Inspired by the popular Dutch book series ‘How do I survive…’ by Francine Oomen, this day offers a variety of workshops and lectures that address topics related to student life. Whether it’s worries about your finances or study choice, mental clutter, or other insecurities. The workshops provide practical tips and advice to help you manage your budget, make informed decisions about your future and bring peace to your mind and body.

The HU is there for you
The HU Wellbeing Day is part of HU's goal that everyone can feel at home here. Feeling at home, being sufficiently challenged, getting extra support when you need it: these factors impact how you fare and how you go through your studies. The HU is here for you, to work with you to ensure that you can go through your studies in the most enjoyable way possible.a
